Does it write anything to Sovos?

No. Only list and download calls are used; there is no send or modify call in the code.

Why were some PDFs missing?

Sovos looks up the document id (UUID) case-sensitively and some series are stored in lower case. The product tries both forms. If Sovos still returns no image, the PDF is rendered locally from the UBL.

What if a store address is not on Yukato?

For a store without a mapping the address is sent inline from the UBL delivery address and the shipment is still created. Add the mapping under Configuration → Mapping for a permanent fix.

How are Test and Live separated?

Yukato settings are kept per environment and the active one is chosen with a single switch. Switching keeps the other environment's details.

The connection test times out

Running as a Windows service, the application does not see the browser's proxy. Define the proxy under Configuration → Network; the reachability test shows which stage (DNS, TCP, TLS, HTTPS) fails.

No access to the licence server

Create a device file with Sovos2Yukato.App.exe lisans-istek and send it to ERP; upload the returned .erplic file under Configuration → Licence. A temporary outage of the licence server does not stop work.

I forgot the administrator password

Forgot password on the sign-in page sends an e-mail (when SMTP is configured). Otherwise run Sovos2Yukato.App.exe reset-admin in an elevated console on the server.

Port conflict

If the service does not start, the log names the process holding the port. The most common cause is the same application installed as a second service; the installer finds and removes such copies.
